Terms and conditions

Down Payments

–    Down payment of 30% is required before work is started and anything is ordered for the final product.  If no down payment is received within 7 calendar days, then we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.

Expediated rates

• an extra $30 is required if order is needed to be delivered within one week (7 days)

Refund Policy/ cancellation policy

–     Total refund minus the down payment on all complete custom orders (ex. Vinyl wraps) Total refund within 30 days on all other products, no refund after 30 days. Refunds will be processed in 5-10 business days.  Returns will be only allowed if a representative of P&A Woodshop agrees to the return and refund ( If we feel that excessive wear and tear has occured, we reserve the right to refuse a return)

Payments

• Payments are subject to sales tax of 8.25%
• Payments must be paid in full before or on delivery
• Payments accepted are cash, card, PayPal and checks
• Checks made out to Ashley or Patrick Best
• Checks will be deposited within 3 days
• Any returned checks are subject to an addition $50 fee.  If a check has been returned, then only cash, card or paypal will be accepted.

Deliveries

• Free delivery in Flower Mound
• Delivery area is 10 miles of P&A Woodshop.
• Any delivery outside of Flower Mound and within the 10 mile radius is subject to a $1.50 charge per mile.
• Any distance outside of the 10 mile radius is only upon the approval of Patrick or Ashley with a charge of $2.50 per mile.
• The address of P&A Woodshop is the starting point of the 10 mile raduis (5423 Rawlings St, Flower Mound TX)
• Will deliver to house, business or public area
• Delivery will be made on or before agreed on date/time
• Delivery Fees are subject to sales tax (8.25%) and must be collected prior to delivery

Shipping

• Shipping will be done via USPS first class mail.
• Shipping costs are in addition to product costs, customer will pay shipping unless a special is run by P&A Woodshop to pay for shipping
• Shipping costs are subject to sales tax of 8.25%
• Overnight shipping is an option, customer pays for the cost before item is shipped
